1. Order Processing Time

All jewelry orders are individually inspected, polished, and securely packed at our studio in Kota, Rajasthan. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are dispatched the following business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Rajasthan (Jaipur, Kota, Udaipur, Jodhpur, etc.): 2 to 3 business days.
Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3 to 4 business days.
Rest of India: 4 to 6 business days depending on courier accessibility.

3. Shipping Rates & Charges

We offer Free Standard Shipping across India for all orders with a cart value equal to or greater than ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies across all serviceable pin codes.
